At any given time if our shoutcast server is down for more than 30minutes in any given month we will refund 20% amount of that month. IF the shoutcast server is down for more than 60minutes and we cannot provide you backup server within 3 hours, we will give you ONE month of service for FREE. Note: Our service level agreement is solely for our network, we are not responsible for any outage from your end.
